He has more than 20 years\u2019 experience in transformational and strategic Human Resources across East, West and Southern Africa. Charles\u2019s experience is mostly in the financial services sector having worked as HR director for leading institutions such as Barclays Bank (Tanzania and Ghana) NMB Bank (Tanzania) and was the regional HR director for East and West Africa for British Petroleum (BP).<\/p>\n<p>He joins us from Pharo Ventures, a leading Social Enterprise in Kenya.
